I ordered from therefinedfeline.com i’m happy with it. The design is super clean and modern, so it actually looks good in my living room instead of feeling like one of those big bulky cat trees. It did take me a little while to set everything up, but once it was done, it looked great. Overall, definitely happy with the purchase.

It looks good and setting it up was easy . My cat does use it here and there , but she is definitely not fully sold on it yet . I would not say it was a bad buy , just not a total win for us so far

I got one of their cat shelves and I’m genuinely really impressed. The wood feels super sturdy, not cheap or wobbly at all, and the fabric is way thicker than I expected. My cat is on it constantly, like it’s her full-time job, and it still looks brand new. Setup took a little bit, but the materials are 100% great. No question about it.

I got a scratching thing from The Refined Feline, and it did look nice in the room. Like, it didn’t stick out in an ugly way or anything, so that part was good.

My cat was using it a decent amount, which I guess is the main point, but the scratching area started getting worn-looking sooner than I thought it would. After a few months it was already fraying and kind of looking tired, if that makes sense.
It’s not awful or anything, just sort of middle for what it costs. I do like how it looks, but I was hoping the part that gets scratched would hold up longer than it did

My cat is always jumping on and off it, it hasn’t wobbled at all. To me, it feels really sturdy and well-made, especially for an active cat

I ordered a larger item from The Refined Feline the packaging was better than I expected. Everything seemed secure, with plenty of padding, and there weren’t any dents or random loose pieces when I opened it. I was a little unsure how it would arrive, but it showed up in great shape. Overall, I’d say they did a solid job.

I wasn’t totally sure she’d care about it, because cats are cats and mine usually prefers a random box or, for some reason, my laundry basket. But yeah, she curled up on it almost right away and looked ridiculously comfy. Like, full loaf mode, slow blinking, not moving for ages. So I guess it’s officially hers now.

I really do like the furniture overall, so I don’t want this to sound too negative, but trying to find replacement parts on therefinedfeline.com was a little frustrating. Maybe it was just me, but some parts were listed while others weren’t super clear, and I kept wondering if I was missing something obvious.
Customer service did get back to me and helped sort it out, which I appreciated, but it took a bit of back and forth to get there. It wasn’t a terrible experience or anything, I just wish the replacement parts were easier to find and order without needing to double-check everything.

The box showed up all smashed, and of course one of the parts was cracked, which was annoying. I didn’t feel like waiting around dealing with a whole process, but they replied quickly and sent out a replacement without making it a hassle.

I was worried this was going to look way too bulky in my living room, but it actually fits in with my decor well. The cat has already claimed it too, so I guess that’s a win. I feel like I’m owed an apology for how much I stressed about it before it got here

The only thing that kept it from being a 5-star experience was that the shipping updates were kind of slow, and I had to check back myself a couple times. Not a huge deal, but still, who doesn’t want to know where their package is?? The shelf showed up in good shape, packed well, and I’d probably order from them again
